I've been using the Codex Labs BIA Hydrating Lip Gelée for a couple weeks and it really does feel silky smooth going on. My lips were pretty parched and this helped soothe them quickly. I like that it's not sticky or heavy. The 77% hydration boost claim seems believable based on how soft my lips feel. Only wish it lasted a bit longer between reapplications. Good for daily wear and overnight too.
